This beautiful beachfront property is located on the famous North Shore of Oahu. The house is a 3 story, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath with plenty of open living space and a relaxing lounge area under the house with direct access to the beach.
The main house has (4) bedrooms: (2) king beds, (1) queen bed, (2) sets of twin bunk beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The studio has (1) queen bed, (1) queen mattress in the loft, (1) full bathroom, full kitchen and futon couch with TV area. There is a full bathroom located between the studio and the main house.
AC units located in bunk bedroom and studio ONLY. The home has ceiling fans in the rest of the bedrooms and living areas.
*2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water for rinsing off salt and sand after long days of fun in the sun.
Ample space for large families or multiple couples. Large open yard and deck space with stunning ocean views. Swim or snorkel with local turtles right in the backyard. This is the perfect house and location to enjoy a relaxing Hawaiian holiday!
This is a 30 day rental agreement. The renter has decided and agreed based on the fee charged, to arrive and depart on the days described in this agreement.

When not out and about, we spent a lot of time on the outside (3rd level) deck watching the waves, the surfers, and the sunsets. Some of the giant waves washed some beach sand away while we were there, but the grandkids had a great time in the water when waves were moderate. Large sea turtles on the beach almost daily, and others in the water. We don't surf, but if you do, this would be great. We didn't use the lowest level, except to access the beach, but it offers a lot of potential. House offers everything you need; it does show a little wear in some places. Overall, we had an unforgettable vacation, and are glad we stayed here.

We stayed here with two adults and six children of varying ages over the week of Thanksgiving. Some of our favorite things about this home were: sea turtles on the beach - so cool, gorgeous views and the entertainment of watching surfers almost any time of the day, the outside patio area and yard were such a nice place to gather and enjoy the space, the beach was quiet and only people staying nearby were out there, people were very friendly. It is rocky directly outside of the home, which was fun for wildlife watching. We saw eels, lots of crabs and little fishes. Take water shoes to protect your feet. A couple of houses down there is a smoother spot for boogie boarding and wading but caution: the waves on the North Shore are very strong alot of the time. If you have small children or are not surfers, there are other nice beaches for wading, floating, kayaking, paddleboarding or swimming. Haleiwa has a nice beach not far away by car, protected from waves. But anyone can enjoy sitting out on the patio and watching the surf, wading a bit and spotting the turtles in the afternoons. This home had a TON of beach supplies: chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, tubes, etc. The two outdoor showers with HOT water were AMAZING and we used them every single day. There is also a spout for rinsing feet and water shoes right as you come up the stairs from the beach. This was also very handy for getting clean and keeping the home as sand-free as possible.
I noticed that there were some other reviews about cleanliness. I wanted to add that there were a few parts of the home (the kitchen and master closet) that could use some touch up painting and minor repairs to drawers. This may be the reason for it feeling a little dated in these areas; however, the home was absolutely clean! Every surface had been wiped, the floor was spotless, the drawers were tidy and organized and all of the linens were clean and fresh when we arrived. By the end of the week, I could tell what a hard job it would be to keep all of those hard surfaces clean with the breeze and the sand constantly coming in. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice and in great repair. Overall, a wonderful home, great location to many beaches and attractions, beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere!

Awesome Trip! We had a family trip with 4 parents and 5 adult children. We were at the home the week of 4th of July. The home was as described. Amazing views form the porch. Kitchen was well stocked. The home was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. At night, we all fit around the table for intense card games; yet, had enough personal space during the day for individual time. The master bedroom view was amazing. We left the patio door open to hear the ocean waves throughout the night. Sunsets were beautiful! Underneath the house was great. A nice place to hangout and to cool off in the afternoons. The house was stocked with beach toys and chairs. The ocean, in front of the home, was great for just relaxing in the water and/or floating in a tube. You felt like you were on a private beach. The only reason for a 4 is the lack of AC and the rocks, on the beach, in front of the home. The house was hot mid-afternoons. Only, the one bedroom unit and bunkbed room have AC. There are multiple fans through-out the home. The master bedroom was hot mid-afternoons; but, did cool enough during the evenings to sleep comfortably. The walkway from the house to the beach is covered with large rocks. A cleared pathway would have been nice. However, once past the rocks there are clear beaches walking distance in either direction. The owners were great; responsive and reachable throughout the entire process. Thank you Michael and Kathleen for sharing your home!

This house is beautiful, clean, and has all the essentials needed to live. It is 5 minutes from Waimea Bay, 8 from Sharks Cove, 6 minutes from Haleiwa(if there is no traffic near Laniakea). With the studio it is big enough for three families. The beach out front is rocky, and not great for swimming but fine for sunbathing. The house had plenty of towels, and had high quality bedding and lots of pillows. Only the studio and the room with bunk beds have air conditioning, but the others have many strong fans in each. The sunset views are priceless. Checking in was a breeze, and the owners were quickly responsive. Overall, a great place to stay and a wonderful respite from tourist-laden Waikiki...

If you're looking for a quiet, pristine white sand beach with protected, crystal clear nearshore waters that are epic for swimming & snorkeling, you need not venture farther than a few feet past your front doorstep! The house is literally just feet from the sand & lapping waves of the very quiet Kawailoa Beach (good luck finding it on a tourist map!). The house is very central on the north shore. Take just a short 5-10 minute drive west & you're in historic Hale'iwa town for shopping at the many boutique stores & epic restaurants. Head the other way for 5-10 minutes & you're at the world famous beaches & surf breaks of Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove, Pipeline & Sunset Beach.
